Pre-planning Application Submitted to Cheltenham Borough Council

These drawings are the first detailed concept designs for the proposed Community & Sports Hub in Chelt Walk Park, proposed position in the disused BMX track. The project is still at the ideas and design stage and we are working closely with Cheltenham Borough Council Planning Department to understand their expectations and needs of this potential development. We are waiting for the Pre Planning meeting date which will detail feedback on the drawings from CBC Planning Team. Once completed a wide commnity and stakeholder consultation will be undertaken to make sure we are looking to provide the right asset to all potential users.
